This one includes sound — same cautions. Also note no RSS feed with these.
It is ‘flashy’ but this type of design is labor intensive and time consuming. Changes can also be a pain.

Here is a promising looking tool to handle image rotation through a folder of images. It does require that you have space on a web server, and will require a little technical effort to get it up and rolling — but not a lot.
