Twenty eight years of management experience in higher education, with extensive experience working with diverse client constituencies to plan and deliver services to meet the needs of the students, faculty, staff and other campus user communities.
- Promote collaboration, cooperation, consensus and coordination between the technology staffs at the Yale professional schools, art museums and library by organizing a series of monthly roundtable meetings, online discussions and annual retreats over the last four years.
- Accepted interim role as Director, Academic Administrative Technologies in September 2014 with focus on community outreach and engagement, analysis of the current application portfolio and creating three year project and technology roadmaps.
- Technical architect, project manager and lead programmer for School of Drama’s internal business and production planning systems (HAUS); assess needs with business office staff; create test, training and implementation plans; direct independent programmers; manage project schedule and deliverables; plan data architecture; manage application lifecycle.
